I’ve opened more than 500 apex packs and still no heirloom.

I’ve been playing this game since season five purchased more than $150 worth of apex packs and I still don’t have an heirloom. When I go to a pack calculator it says I have 500 packs opened can someone please explain why I don’t have an heirloom or check the amount of apex packs I opened because I could be wrong.
