I am level 454 and I still have not gotten any heirloom shards

I am in level 450 for an event playing for about 6 1/2 years now and I have opened many Apex packs and yet to have gotten even 150 heirloom shards. I don’t understand this and I need someone from EA ...

Is that the first level 454?

There are 3rd party sites that can give you a rough idea of where you are in the countdown to your heirloom.
