I am not able to submit a ticket nor get help of any kind from EA

EA truly does not want to help you it seems. I am not even able to submit a ticket I have been trying to resolve an issue I am having with Apex Legends without asking from help from EA. Though after trying multiple fixes, nothing has worked. My FPS is capped at 60. I have tried changing a lot different Nvidia 3D settings, adding launch option commands on steam, re installing the game, and more. Literally nothing has helped. I wondering if there is some config file that is forcing my monitor to stay 60hz in game. I have 160hz monitor and it works for all of my other games. So I am not sure what to do at this point but try and contact some who works at EA and get some real support. Please, if anyone could help me EA or not, it would much be appreciated. Thanks.
