I have been asking OTS to communicate with me normally in the previous few complaints. But they only replied with a few repeated sentences. They didn’t talk to me as well as CHAT customer service. And I have been in the pain of being wronged for the past few days. Lying on the ground and breathing several times to try to regain calmness. If there are EA OTS team members in the forum, please be sure to reply me in the forum and communicate with me man. I need more OTS team members to see this post.
