I bought octane edition and i havent recieved anything... help?

The question you are asking seems better to ask to the EA Help website. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/ > Contact Us > Apex Legends > Select your platform > Select the topic "Missing content" > Select the issue you have (Had content and lost it or Never received content) > Then select your contact option.
Know that sometimes it takes a little while (up to a couple hours) to get in-game items you've bought with real-world money. While you wait, try restarting your system to see if that helps sync your purchase and gives you your items.
