Unable to connect to EA Servers

I recently downloaded the game again wanting to play it with a friend. When I loaded in I was greeted with this screen. I looked for some tutorials but nothing seems to have worked. There was one tutorial where I had to go into services, but I got an error and it led to nothing. does someone have a solution for this problem?
