I can’t hear my teammates voice chat

I am playing on PlayStation 4 Pro. 
With the lunch of the new season I am not able to hear my friends/teammates voice chat neither they can hear me too. 

My Mic is working properly because when I switch to other game like Overwatch2 or Fortnite we are able to hear each others. 

What could be the problem? 

Below is attached image if I am suppose to change anything in these settings?
