Was recently in a game and dude was being loud and toxic and not being a team player at all in arena then he starts calling us the N word (hard R) my question is apex what are you going to do you have gotten rid of reporting. Do you support these racist comments and toxic rude behavior? It sure seems like it.

This is a sociological problem and won't change these people, even when banned. Be stronger and ignore them. I think the solution would be, don't feed the wolf (yes I can see the irony concerning my name). Once the realize they're ignored, they'll stop. Same effect when countering bullies.
