I can't change the server from Salt Lake City.

I'm a Japanese player. I can't change the server from Salt Lake City.

I'm having this issue on my PC console. When I press TAB from the main menu, I can't select any server, including Salt Lake City, because they all have high ping.

I've tried launching Apex from both the EA and Steam applications, but it still won't change from Salt Lake City.

After uninstalling Apex, I tried reinstalling it six times, but the issue persists.

Interestingly, when playing Apex on PS4 using the same internet connection, there are times when I can select servers, and other times when I cannot. However, by repeatedly restarting Apex, I sometimes manage to change servers successfully.

It seems that both the internet connection and the hardware might be contributing to the problem. Could you please advise on what steps I can take to resolve this?
