All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.

The EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help you directly with account-related issues, such as bans, only the TOS team can help you.
If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times.
- 2 years ago@OldTreeCreeper when my case status change to "waiting on player" , What should I do, I can't even see the "email us" button,just waiting??I have one case that I've even been waiting for a week,The staff either told me to use the online contact method, and today another one replied to the email telling me that he had a problem with the electrical equipment, and then changed my case to "waiting on player", and I couldn't reach someone who could really help me
