I can't connect my apex ea account to my steam account

Friends, my old steam account and my apex legends EA account are linked. I disconnected the two and am trying to connect to my new steam account but they say it will connect to my old account indefinitely. Is there a way to link this to my new account?

Hey @MEDSTEPS,

Unfortunately an EA account can only ever be linked to one of a specific type of platform account in its lifetime. As such, since you already had a Steam linked, it won't be possible to link your other Steam account to this EA account.

@MEDSTEPS hey not sure if this will help but you can try reaching out to support through chat here. They might be able to take a closer look at your accounts to see if anything can be done.

I reached out to the support team, they give the same answer. EA program is not used in Turkey, we can access it through Steam, only their answers are always the same.
