Stuck in PS5 matchmaking

Hello,

I have been stuck in matchmaking for the past week or so. I have uninstalled the game, tried different servers, reset my PS5, checked I don’t have a ban or anything on my account. I know it’s an issue with my account because I partied up with some friends and we were in lobby for 15+minutes and couldn’t find a game, once I exited the lobby they found one immediately.

At this point I have tried everything, EA help member told me to post the issue here

Have you tried a different account to see if you're able to find a match?

I have made a new account and played on that account games run fine no issues where my original account is just stuck in matchmaking ‘2players in Queue’ ??
