I can't dispute my ban?

So I apparently got banned from the EA App this month and I'm only just now seeing it. My entire account is under watch and EA didn't give me a reason or an email about it, I also can't seem to dispute it.

Literally, when I press the button to dispute the ban, it just keeps spinning on a loop and doesn't load or give me any way to contact EA about it. Does anyone happen to have an email address I could use to contact EA about this I don't even know what I did and the dispute button just won't do anything.

I'm sorry you're having issues to dispute the sanction applied to your account.

Have you tried contacting via Help.ea.com directly? I'm afraid this is something we can't manage through AHQ directly.

Whenever I try to contact anyone it says "You can't reach out until you dispute the ban on your account" or something to that affect. I don't have any contact information like an email I could use to directly reach out to them.
