I tried to claim my fifa pack and I got the same message. Hopefully its not a problem on my side and rather ea’s

When you've got the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. I'm afraid that account-related issues are not something we're able to investigate here on Answers HQ.
