i can't play 4:3 resolution on full screen
why i can't play 4:3 on full screen, does +mat_letterbox_aspect_goal 1.33 +mat_letterbox_aspect_threshold 1.33 not work any more?

After the latest update, I can't play on the 4:3 resolution anymore without black bars.
Is this is a deliberate choice? Why? Or how can i fix this?
Help needed, it plays horribly with those nasty big black bars. Not having this issue with other games.
Considering that there is no topic with this question in this section, I created this topic in the hope that responsible persons will pay attention to it.
On behalf of all players who are used to 4:3 resolution (stretched), I demand an explanation of the impossibility of using it after the last update, the reason for removing this feature and the answer to the question: “Will this feature be available or not, which means that the developers did it is intentional without informing the players." There was no information about this in the list of changes in the current patch. We need your answer in order to understand your attitude towards us and decide whether it is worth spending time on your product.
I ask you to join the discussion on the topic of everyone for whom it is important and who are outraged by this situation in order to finally get a full answer.
- @HangAndShoot stop with this cringe, some ea staff already confirmed that its being fixed, we are just pointing out how tf it managed to happen, how little attencion stretched players get, and that we will not be able to enjoy deja loot cause its unplaylable for most of us, from fps and comfort reasons.
is it fixed yet?
- @Know_em_sayin I don't care about cringe cause it's * unplayable. If staff has confirmed that is mistaken change, I've didn't saw it anywhere as a concrete answer. By the way that was a topic from feedback thread, which was migrated here by the staff.
- @HangAndShoot This is such a joke, 3rd day im not able to play Apex because of 2 simple command lines...I don't get it
