I cant see what EA account is linked to my Apex. Its just logs me in. Cant claim

title, and this isn't the first time this has been asked.  i play apex on steam, but to claim drops i need to input an ea account.  how do i simply see what ea account is connected to the steam i play the game on so that i will get the drops on the account that i use when i claim them?  another thread with many people asking this was simply closed and locked without a response, but it's such a simple request, I really hope i can get a clear answer here.
