Re: Account Banned & Empty Penalty History
Hello!
My account has been banned from Apex Legends. When I launch the game and log in to my EA account, I receive a notification about this. However, in my EA Help account, the ban doesn't appear in my violation history. I went to https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ to submit a ticket, selected "Submit an Appeal," described my issue, selected the PC platform, attached a screenshot, and clicked "Submit." I was then redirected to https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/solutions/, and the ticket wasn't created.
I contacted the online chat, but they couldn't help me and again recommended opening a ticket, which I can't do.
What should I do?
