I can't uninstall Apex Legends
I downloaded The Sims 4, and somehow Apex Legends got downloaded right with it. I don't even know what AL is. How can I uninstall it without having to download it?

According to what we can see in the screenshot, the game is not yet installed on your PC. It is just available in your library to download and install. If you would like the game removed from your library, please contact EA Help Support.
