I couldnt access the store, challenges etc and i didnt get my legendary pack

Hey, i had this bug where i couldnt access the store, challenges, pass, legends and customisation etc. I did the 1st rift relic trial yesterday (break 50 relic ticks) and i did not get my legendary apex pack. Pics included. All im asking for is to give me my legendary apex pack. Oh and by the way i did not get my level up apex pack either 🙂

Yup, everything is fixed now. Got my missing stuff back as well

@sxyvi This has been a problem for a lot of players and Respawn is working on resolving the issue. I don't have an ETA on when it would be fixed, but hopefully it would get resolved soon!

i hope they do, its really frustrating to do the missions and get nothing in return

@sxyvi Respawn had put out a patch to resolve the tabs/currency bug, can you check your game and confirm if its resolved for you or not?

Also let me know if you're still missing your pack. (Although, I'm not sure if that issue had been fixed yet or not).

Yes, I also have related problems. I can't get legendary tokens and rewards after upgrading. I have posted several posts in the past few days, but no one has responded.
