I have opened 515 packs and still haven’t received an heirloom set. I contacted EA support team and they referred me here. I have no idea who to tag so I found you @EA_David responding to someones post so hopefully you can help me.
I think it was said you could get Wraith heirloom around 500 packs because Apex had less items in that time. Game doesn't give you the heirloom once you have opened 500 packs, it was just a mathematical thing(I presume). So with this logic, you will have to open more packs.Still I'm not %100 sure about it.

i have spent $400 and i’m level 310 and i still have yet to get the heirloom.... so disappointing, all my friends got theirs at level 200 or lower and i’m 310 and spent $400 and haven’t got mine☹️
just bought 32 more and still no heirloom😤😤😢
