I didnt get a Cross Progress prompt

I have a PS4 EA Account since season 2, wich is linked with the EA Account i have on my PC.
Yet still over a Month later i still didnt get the prompt to merge my accounts.

I have linked both accounts if i check it on my EA Profile.
I also loggin in on PC EA App with my PS4 credentials, wich automatically showed my pc account.
So it seems like it notices that these accounts are ment to be together, but none of my skins appear and i also have no promt.
