I got banned and need help to restore my account.
On Sunday April 2nd, I was playing Apex Legends Mobile with a friend, played like 3 matches before logging out. During the second match, a random teammate turned on his mic only to talk trash to us, insulting, threatening, and even went as far as being racist to us. His gamer tag is *snip*. We finished the match and moved on to the next one without reporting him as we didn't think it would be necessary, we didn't feel the need to. Couple days later I find out my account has been banned, I already opened a case, have not gotten any response. I've read that it takes about a month for EA to contact me back, which is absolutely absurd since the game is sunsetting in May. I put money and time in this game, and I feel that if I got banned for this guy reporting me, he should get banned as well as he is the one who started the whole thing.

As per our forum Guidelines:
- Don't "name and shame." If you see a suspected cheater, please report them by using the appropriate tools. We can't take any action against such accounts on Answers HQ, and such posts can lead to harassment.
