I Got Banned For Cheats I DO NOT Have.

I received this email on the 28th of April:

"Hey there,

We noticed that your EA account broke EA’s gameplay rules.

BECAUSE YOUR ACCOUNT WAS CHEATING, WE’VE PERMANENTLY BLOCKED YOUR ACCESS TO APEX LEGENDS’ ONLINE FEATURES.

WHEN WE TALK ABOUT CHEATING,
We mean things like using external tools, performing in-game exploits, or abusing glitches or bugs.• use software that interferes with or disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.• use undocumented features, exploits or cheats in-game that disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.• use software or cheats that disconnects other users from the EA servers.
YOUR ACCOUNT WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO ACCESS APEX LEGENDS."

I assumed this was a joke but, apparently it wasn't. I do not have any cheats on my computer. I do not even have cheats for other games. Apex Legends is the only PC play on my system. I have checked my log in history and there hasn't been any unusual activity. I have stated many times that I do not have any cheats on me. I don't know how to prove that I do not have cheats on me. I believe there is a mistake or something. I have appealed many times and the reply is always the same;

"Hello,

We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.

Please do not expect further responses on this matter."

It's honestly frustrating. I'd just unlocked the reactive flatline skin and I had two legends left to unlock. Things were going well. Only to be found guilty for a crime I never committed. Talk about injustice.
Anyway, I created new account to play the game which got banned and the EA account got deleted a couple of days later. On discord, someone told me I got IP and HWID banned which means I would never be able to play the game again.
I really enjoy Apex Legends and it's the only battle royale game I play. I play in Nigeria and it's really stressful playing the game at 189+ ms. My KDR is at 0.5 last I checked. I don't know why this has happened but, I believe it can be fixed. Anyone with ideas?
