I have an i7-2600 but the game won't open after the EasyAntiCheat splash screen

I'm not sure if my CPU is under the minimum specs but they are many videos on YouTube of people with worse CPUs being able to run the game. The i7-2600 has POPCNT and SSE 4.1/4.2 so I'm not sure what...

    I reset my pc and now it works

That didn't work but I saw Apex Legends in my Task Manager as a Background process once
