Good luck. A bunch of us have been wrongfully banned and tried appealing only for it to be dismissed and told we're cheating with zero evidence provided. I've only been playing for 4 days with a KD of 1.03, a bunch of people banned have KDs below 1. Their anti cheat system is clearly broken. The forum moderators should reach out to EA and tell them there is clearly an issue here and instead we're told to repeat this vicious cycle of appealing and getting rejected only to come back to the forums and whine that we're being wrongfully banned.
I'm completely new to the game and don't have ANYTHING on my system. I downloaded the game free and just played, and the game I was booted from after it was over I had 1 kill and 1 death and my team was eliminated. I was sitting there baffled like is this a glitch? There is no way.. I literally thought this would be fixed by now and it was just a glitch and instead I appealed and got told I'm cheating by their ToS team. I'll never support an EA product again because of this and there are a lot of people boycotting on the forums as a result. They don't seem to care unfortunately.
Yeah, I tried asking what I did wrong and their answer was basically, you're banned and we aren't telling you why. It just makes me so mad. I'm trying something. hopefully it works, but I doubt it.
