I have the wrong level after i merged my accounts in Apex Legends

My original PS4 Apex Legends account was JoseLoGonTor and my level was 500+, after I switched to PC I started a new account JoseloDGoat and I don’t remember exactly what my level was but it was around level 18. When the accounts merged all of my cosmetics and legends were there but it did not give me neither of those levels. Instead it dropped my level to level 1. I need help because I worked hard to get to level 500 and I don’t want to start from level 1 for the third time. I posted a really old screenshot that show what my previous level was, at that time I was level 481 but it was two years ago and I did reach level 500. PLEASE HELP!!!!
