I havent recieved a gift i was gifted on apex legends

My Friend(IGN: JustTyler) gifted me (IGN: SundayBBQ) the kawaii kitty pack bundle and i did not receive it. We are both eligible by the requirements posted. He lost his coins and it said the gift went through but i did not get anything. Need help please, Thank you in advance.
