Severe packet loss in ranked only

For the past 4 months+ I get unplayable packet loss for ranked. I do not get this issue in pubs or mixtape. During this time I have rebuilt my computer w better hardware. Before and after rebuild same problem no improvement. Tried other servers, replaced my Ethernet cable, restarted my router, repaired the game in the EA app, etc. I have the best internet in my area possible and haven’t had problems with it with anything else or on ranked in the past.

I’m at a loss, nothing I do works. It happens about 4 out of every 5 games or so with a random game running smooth once in a while. The games start with 70-80 packet loss and by the end of the game I have about 10-20. There is a lot of lag and skipping. My ping is low (~30 east coast server) and I have 144 frames. I’ve seen other posts on this with no solution. HELP
