    Trying exploits yourself is never a good idea.

    However, you should have received an mail regarding the ban.

    Here you will find all the information regarding the ban there.

    If you think this ban was applied by mistake.

    Please contact the Terms of Service team.

    They can look into this situation and lift the ban.

Most of the famous streamers have been using glitches live stream

On their main account and no one got banned for life

I sent a video of a one big streamer

[CM Edit: Do not name and shame - if you suspect a user of cheating then please report them in game]

And I can send you a hundred of videos to other streamers that either got soft banned or no banned at all

So I know I did a mistake but it does not mean I should be banned for life

I send several emails to EA help and they did not help! that's why i came here as last try to get my account back !!

Unfortunately, we can't assist further with account bans on AHQ.
The Term of Service team handles all ban appeals.
