I keep getting disconnected in apex legends ranked

I keep getting disconnected while playing ranked and getting penalized! this is not fair. i keep gettin code:net and code:leaf . I have tons of videos that show proof. the other day i got disconnect 4 times in a row. it is not my internet because i spoke to the provider and when i get disconnected i can still load pages on the web browser, load videos on youtube, play music. so its the game.
