I logged into a different platform and I do not have my things

I was very excited for the launch of Apex Legends on Nintendo Switch, so I downloaded it. I opened it up and linked my account, but when I logged on I noticed I was level one. I figured maybe I have to complete the tutorial, so I did, and yet I’m still level one and I can’t pick any of my legends on unlocked on my ps4. I have unlocked revenant, loba, and mirage, if you are curious. Can anyone please help me with this problem or is it an intentional feature? Thanks if you do.

@boogie4210716 Hi, if you start an account on Switch, you'll be starting from scratch. There isn't cross-progression in the game, so you can't carry across progress from another platform.
