I lost my account after linking PSN with PC
I am starting to get mad because EA doesn´t give a real answer to my Topic, so I am asking here once again:
Ok, so this was a bit tricky, and I most definetely did a mistake. When Apex first came out I Played it on Playstation under one email. Later I switched that Email with the email I am currently using. What I didnt know, was that my progress was linked to an EA account with my old Email, which I assume was made automatically. Flash forwards a few Years Later, and I decided to buy a PC and play Apex on there. When I heard about The upcoming Crossprogression, i got super excited and tried to make sure that both my old PSN and my now Steam account were linked under the same email. They where not. And i couldnt just unlink the PS4 account and link it with my current Email, because it used to have an other PS4 account linked to it. So I decided to make a new account, under this email and link both my steam and my PS4 accounts with it. Now it seems like all my progress is gone on both ends. All I wanna know is how to get my progress back, should I wait to unlink my account and link them back to my original PSN account, which I never used and dont intend to use in the future. And if that is possible, could you help me speed up the process to be able to do so, or do I need to wait the full 6 months to play again??? Thanks for the help anyways

Progress is stored on the EA account where it was first earned, not your individual PlayStation or PC accounts.
This means that if you unlink a platform from the EA account, it will no longer have access to that content. This would be why you're not seeing any progress after unlinking both accounts and connecting them to a separate EA account.
Progress cannot be transferred between EA accounts, so the only way to restore that progress would be to re-link each platform to its original EA account.
If you're unable to go through that process to get them re-linked, you can reach out to support directly for more assistance.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.
