I love not receiving my apex coins after spending 80 dollars

Literally bought 80 dollars worth of apex coins and didn't get a single coin

    If it's been over 24 hour since you've bought your coins, I recommend that you reach out to our live support team to see if they can get those coins added for you:

    Sometimes the transaction can take a little while to process, but again, if it's been more than 24 hours, reach out to them. They'll need to see proof of purchase before they can grant the coins; this article shows exactly what they'll need:

  • It hasn't been 24 hours, but having to wait more then 10 seconds for my 80 dollar purchase to go through Is so infuriating you don't understand. Maybe you guys should fix your game instead of none stop releasing new cosmetics

  • It's been over 24 hours and 2 cases submitted later and I still haven't received my coins. This is absurd I feel like I'm being scammed by a multi billion dollar company

    It might be worth trying to reach out via a chat if email isn't getting you anywhere. If you go to our help site:

    https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us

    Select your product and platform, and then choose "Orders" -> "Check order status". That gives me the option to start a chat pretty consistently. (It'll be under "Other support options" near the bottom of the page.)
