I missed out on the mirage market skin, could an exception be made for me?

Same here, I purchased the Gaiden Pack without realizing the Masked Man Bundle in the store is the exact same price with the same number of loot boxes + the free skin. Contacted customer support but they apparently "cannot add items to players accounts or modify players accounts in any way" according to the customer support person I talked to.

Too bad, because its a simple mistake and they could have easily made it right by just awarding the skin. Now instead I'm just left with a negative purchase experience.
