I NEED HELP FAST ! PLEASE HELP ME ! CAN'T PLAY THE GAME NORMALLY.

Hello, basically, I've been having this one really weird and unexplainable thing happening with my game for like roughly 6 months. I don't know what caused, but I have fixed everything that "might have caused it". And obv I have tried uninstalling and installing the game. 

The issue. 
Everytime I join my friend's lobby the gamemode briefly changes to ranked although it is not chosen by the party leader. Then after we both queue up or just stay in the lobby for a little bit the game usually puts me into a party with a random player that is not in my friends list or in my friend's firends list. That keeps happening miltiple times until it doesn't. Then we get into a match and there is a high possibily that we are put into a server which is NOWHERE near our closest one although the selected server says that we both are in Europe with >200 ping (EU is our closest server and we are obviously in either SA servers or in asian severs). Also my friends game often crashes. And he can't join me and hes not getting my invites. SO HELP. 

I REALLY need help. I wanna play this game. And obviously that is very hard to achieve not being able to queue up at all for 50% of my session.
