I need help from ea support to recover my progress

I need to speak with ea support to help me back my Apex legends progress in xbox  

When new season come out and I update game so the game forced me to login to EA account and then made ea account I lost all my progress because I have to login my old EA account and I can't remember that account plss I need help with that I miss playing game
