I just got a Ps 5 and I wanted to link my xbox apex account to my ps so I created an ea account for my Ps and linked my xpox and ps ea account to the new ea account,but now when I go into apex I dont...

I linked and unlinked the wrong accounts so now I am not able to unlink them until December but I need to unlink them now,is there any chance I can do that?
