I need help!

Since the first day of the new season has started i cannot switch tabs throughout the menu, change skins, open packs, or even unlock stuff. My currencies say -9999 and i cant do anything but load into a game, I've tried everything from resetting my pc, resetting my apex, deleting and redownloading apex, resetting my wifi, repairing apex, unplugging my usbs, nothing works. A lot of the people with this similar problem says its something to do with a refund but I never requested one. I did buy a octane pass not to long ago before the new season though if that has anything to do with it. This is truly disappointing because i love this game and never have gone through this before. Anything helps.
