I spent $160 on apex coins

I purchased $160 worth of apex coins and they didn't come through. I restarted my device 2 times and closed the app 3 times and undownloaded the game and downloaded it again and I didn't get anything.

I originally had the 250 but I am currently missing the other ones bought.
