Re: 1 players in queue

About a year ago my account got hacked and i got my account back but I was banned, when I got it back due to the hacker using cheats. I got the ban appealed when I got my account back and they lifted the ban but for the past year when i try to load into a game it just says “1 players in queue” and i never get put in a game. I do not know what to do, any help would be appreciated!

Im not to sure if its like a shadow ban but there is something not letting me play and i would just like help!

skellyking5225 i got same but i try to send ticket to EA TOS TEAM , they said not shadow ban they don't know what is that, they tell me fix the network and about my pc nothing work bro, i got stuck “1 players in queue” about 5 month bro this suck bro.
