Account progress

Heya,

Just for some clarity, I'll add this in:

All in-game progress is stored on the EA Account itself.

Platform accounts (e.g., Xbox, PlayStation, Steam, Nintendo Switch) only get access to the account stored on the EA Account it's linked to, and any progress made on those accounts will be stored on that EA Account.

The only way to "lose" data, is if you are linking your platform account to the wrong EA Account, or if you unlinked/relinked your platform account from the EA Account it was originally connected to.

You mentioned you linked your PlayStation account, and you are unable to see the progress you made on Steam.
But if you log in via Steam, does it still show your in-game progress?

If it shows your data via Steam but not on PlayStation, then it's likely your PlayStation account is linked to to the wrong EA Account.
Make sure your platform accounts are linked to the correct EA Account via this page: [EA Account Management] - Connected Accounts
