I think my Account was blocked.
I have a PC, Windows 10. I'm trying to play Apex Legends. I have played it in the past for months and months since launch with no issue (until recently)
When I attempt to play I get an error Code:net Signon FULL
this means I can start the app, but I can't get into games, I can't access my purchases and skins
I get my internet via ether directly from the modem to my computer.
I already talked to a tech, they had me restart my router, uninstall and reinstalled the game, took down all firewalls, and I cleared out running non-windows apps, which didn't help.
I also got this email

I ran through all these links and performed all the steps in all the documents, including changing DNS addresses. Nothing made it work.
I was able to sign into my son's account, and that works fine on my PC/modem/router. So I think it's not my computer, my router or my software.
I think it's just my account (AlexSling) that's locked out for some reason. Is there a way to clear this or get any kind of help from the server side. I tried chats and email, with no luck. No one seemed to know what to do. I've never been banned or suspended. I'm not sure what's going on.
