I used to play Apex on Xbox One X and I recently switched to PC

I used to play Apex on Xbox One X and i recently switched to PC, how do I sync all of data from Xbox to PC if possible? I had some Apex coins and skins that I do not want to go to waste! Please help!...

@EA_Aljo I want my money back if i can't keep my stuff. That's the whole purpose of making an EA account. It can carry my name across platforms but you can't keep my stats or even the hundreds of dollars I spent? I want my money back
