I want a refund of my money
I bought 11500 apex coins and i didnt recieve any of them and i want a refund because i did lose money buying it but didnt recieve it

If you want a refund for your purchase, you'll need to reach out to your retailer. Since you play on PlayStation, I assume that you used their store, so you'll need to reach out to them.
