I was banned because i was a victim of a hacker

Can someone please explain to my why was i banned from apex legends, you see my account was hacked twice, but iwas able to recover it thanks to ea customer service, but the second time when the agent...

I already did , twice actually, and in both cases the answer was that the ban is completely legitimate, and i was rold not expect any more answer on this matter, like the ban is definitive, is it because my account was hacked twice that it was banned or is it because something the hacker did while he had access to it, because i ve been playing apex legends sice 2019 and i had no issues at all.

Happened to me mate and EA just decline you no matter what even tho it wasn’t me it’s a joke if they just did a little research they’d see I was compromised total waste of my time playing the game all these years shocking behaviour from EA to just assume it was you and not even question it.
