Lost progress in Apex
Just reinstalled the game to only find my account sent back to level 1 and lost all my heros and stats but my PlayStation says I have over 50+ hours on the game and 100% trophies

Did you happen to link your PlayStation account to a different EA account since the last time you played it? Progress is stored on the EA account level, so if you moved it over the progress won't follow.

I have the exact same problem, I just bought a PS5 and logged into my Apex game, but my account is level 1 and no progress. I went back on my PS4 to see what was happening but my progress was also gone on PS4.
Maybe my account merged with a 0 progress game on my PS5 ? Please help I have 2500h !!

Hey Timothee_43,
The fact that you started playing on a PS5 shouldn't matter since it's looking at your account, and you use the same account for both PlayStations (I assume). I have the same question though; between since you last played and now did you unlink your PlayStation from your EA account? If so, that could be why your progress is missing.
