I have never broken any rules playing the game as I have rarely played in the past and was only considering playing the game again. I am wondering why I got banned as I have never done anything wrong on Apex Legends or any EA Games and would like to get unbanned as I do have progress on Apex Legends and other EA Games that I would like to keep as I am also unable to log in on the EA Launcher.

All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times.
