@depsenn Hello there, we are not able to help you here in Answer HQ, However if you are sure you did not cheat i recommend you to send in an apeal.
Just remember,
cheating could be done with a cheat software such as wall hack, speed hack, auto aim etc, or with a plugin that helps you to "better" your game in anyway.
It's also cheat if you exploit the world map (access areas you should not go to, find a glitch to fire on players where you should not be able to) and much more.
So do you use any form of software on your pc that may help your gameplay in anyway?
Have you ever "exploit" the map or game to get somewhere or do something you should not be able to do?
