Ignite Battle Pass Preorder S20 Bug

Hello,

It appears my account might be bugged regarding the Ignite Launch Bundle, I had initially purchased the battle pass pre-order a few days ago (unknowing it'd grant the ignite launch bundle) 

I'm grateful the ILB is the pre-order special surprise, but I can't access it's perks. Can I get some help? Please see attached photos below:
