I'm getting Unable to connect to EA Servers

I've got 2 accounts on my Xbox and I was playing on the main one earlier today then all of a sudden I couldn't get back in. My Xbox live and EA accounts are linked but it's giving me the same error. 

"Unable to connect to EA Servers. Please check Internet connection, make sure Origin is online and try again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information." 

My other account has no issues getting online at all. On the account I'm having this Apex issue on I can actually play other EA titles without an issue. I'm only having issues with Apex... Who do I need to contact to assist with this issue
